• Established a Pilot Research and Training Centre for Parkinsonism in West Pakistan in January, 1965.
• Established the Department of Neurosurgery at the King Edward Medical College, Lahore in March 1966 which has expanded and now taken the form of an Institute of Neuro-Sciences.
• Visiting Professor of Neurosurgery to the University of Garyounis, Benghazi, Libya – July / August, 1977 to 1981.
• Organized a department of Neurosurgery with Pakistani Medical and nursing staff at the University of Garyounis, Benghazi, Libya - November/December, 1977.
